What is the Formula E Racing?

An International rubber band-powered race car competition showcases design ingenuity, triumph over failure plus other skills.

This project was developed in 2016. In 14 weeks, me and my teammates Mathew Clark and Brayton Hammerli designed and built the RC rubber band car from scratch.

In order to maximum the power of the rubber band and reach the high speed, we decided to build the first 4 wheel drive car in the Formula E history.

Through a lot of researching, prototyping, testing, engineering and failures, we finally made the working prototype. In the end, because of the 4 wheel drive concept, our design got the design award from Axial.
